Ito Momoka (伊藤百花) is a member of AKB48’s 19th generation, having joined the group in 2024. Her nickname is Itomomo. Immediately after joining, she appeared as a main cast member in the drama “Hoshikuzu Telepath (星屑テレパス).” She is a promising member who achieved selection for the 65th single “Masakano Confession (まさかのConfession)” within a year of joining.
She was also selected for the opening day members of the new stage play “From Here On,” serving as the center for the unit song. Her solo song was included on the 10th album “Nantettatte AKB48 (なんてったってAKB48)”.
In 2025, she achieved selection for the 66th single “Oh my pumpkin!”, marking her second consecutive selection. She became a regular model for the fashion magazine ‘bis’, launched her own radio program, and released her first photobook “Hyakka Zukan. (百花ずかん。)” in December, expanding her activities across multiple fields.
Then, at the Budokan concert, she was selected as the center for the 67th single—her first time in the role—achieving this remarkable feat just about 1 year and 9 months after joining.
She is known for her diverse interests, including rakugo (traditional Japanese comic storytelling), reading, and watching movies. She looks perfect, but her slightly clumsy side makes people like her even more. Momoka also attracts attention for her distinctive and creative painting style.
